Is ThymusSmart® a medical device?
No. ThymusSmart® is a lifestyle gadget and not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
What is ThymusSmart® – briefly explained?
A wearable pendant with gentle resonance near the thymus region – for discreet support in everyday life. Designed in Switzerland , CE-certified , IP67 .
How do I use ThymusSmart®?
Position: Pendant above the sternum (thymus region).
Activate: 3-tap – the vibration runs for about 10-20 seconds .
Breathe: Breathe in and out calmly – a short, discreet moment for yourself.
How often should I use it?
As needed . There is no medical recommendation for use.
Is ThymusSmart® waterproof?
Yes, IP67 : Shower/rain proof. Not for swimming/diving.
What materials is the pendant made of?
Stainless steel pendant, nickel-free chain. See product page for details.
How do I charge the device?
Use the included USB charging pad . Please only use this.
Security
Who should not use ThymusSmart®?
Do not use if you have a pacemaker/ICD or known cardiac arrhythmia . Do not use while driving or operating machinery . If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if necessary.
Are there any age or usage restrictions?
Designed for adults. Not intended as a children's toy.

Are there any studies?

Is ThymusSmart® patented?
Yes, the technology is EPO patented (No. EPO 13821006.7 ).
What is the guarantee?
12-month warranty on material and function according to our warranty conditions.
My device is defective – what should I do?
Please contact support ( contact@thymussmart.com ) with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will help you quickly. Note: This only applies to products ordered from the ThymusSmart shop .
For all other devices, please contact the seller/retailer/shop from which it was purchased.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Usually dispatched on the next working day ; delivery within Switzerland (typically 1–2 working days ).
How much does shipping cost?
CHF 8.50 flat rate (Switzerland).
Where do you deliver?
Currently only within Switzerland . Other countries will follow at the end of 2025 with their own shipping regulations.
How do I track my order?
If available through the shipping service provider, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Exchange / return?
Exchange: Not possible for hygiene reasons.
